Boston’s Orca Orca have a new EP of their signature dreampop. This is the real dream pop: (1) it jangles, (2) it has pop-based structure, and (3) listening to it on repeat induces a dream-like state.

The EP is entitled The Shallows and it was recorded on December 7th, 2013 in a practice space in Allston, MA. It will be released on March 25th via the Disposable America label/button maker. The Shallows will be pressed on light blue vinyl in an edition of 200, and it sounds like this.
