And now to share something I missed in August when it was released by the Prison Art tape label. It’s the debut EP Pull by the band with the latest (and possible greatest) ungoogleable name, Advertising. The album is reportedly Prison Art‘s final release. Formed in Syracuse, now based here in Brooklyn, Advertising plays the precise form of post punk I am always looking for (with a little mathiness thrown in). Looking forward to more from these guys.
